Absence Form

As stated in the handbook, it is the musician’s responsibility to look over the season schedule and reconcile the concert dates with other activities. If a musician is unable to attend a rehearsal, please fill out the following form at least 24 hours prior to the absence so that the Orchestra Manager(s) and Conductor can be notified.
